Shipping to Canary Islands: €25 VAT included for all orders

» Shipping costs for destinations outside Spain:

Shipping to Europe (excluding Spain): €10 VAT included for all orders

Shipping outside Europe: €35 VAT included for all orders
» Delivery will be made to the address you specify. If you wish to change this address, simply indicate it when placing the order by selecting "Add new address."
» You can track your order at any time by logging into our website with your username and password or through our customer service phone.
» Shipments will be made through transport companies with which we have preferential agreements. Please note that your order is specially prepared for you, so our team begins processing it once payment is received.

» All shipments are fully insured, and the customer must report any issue within 24 hours of receipt for a claim to be processed. After this period, the transport companies no longer take responsibility for damaged goods.
» Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in delivering goods (e.g., storms, strikes).
» If there are delivery issues, the transport agency will be provided with a contact phone number that the buyer must supply.
