3. CONTRACT WITH DOCTOR FAKE AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The content of our website is an invitation to do business. No contract will exist between you and us until your order has been accepted by us (even if it has already been charged to your account). If your order is not accepted and you have already been charged, the full amount will be refunded.

After clicking “buy,” you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not imply that the order has been accepted, as it is an offer you make to us to make a purchase. Orders are subject to our verification and acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending an email informing you that the order is being shipped (Shipping Confirmation). If Doctor Fake products are unavailable, we will refund the amount you have paid.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

You accept that the products offered by Doctor Fake in its online store are subject to stock limits. All orders for Doctor Fake products are subject to product availability. If any product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time, you may modify your order or cancel it.

Doctor Fake reserves the right to modify the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice.

5. PRICING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping cost table for Spain:

  • Shipping to mainland Spain: €0 VAT included for all orders
  • Shipping to Balearic Islands: €0 VAT included for all orders
  • Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla: €25 VAT included for all orders
  • Shipping to Canary Islands: €25 VAT included for all orders

DUA not included for Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands

For international shipping, the costs are:

  • Shipping to Europe (excluding Spain): €10 VAT included for all orders
  • Shipping outside Europe: €35 VAT included for all orders

Delivery will be made to the address you provide. If you wish to change this address, simply specify it when placing your order in “Add new address.”

At any time, you can track your order by logging into our website with your username and password or through our customer service phone.

Shipments will be made through transport companies with which we have preferential agreements. Please note that your order is specially prepared for you, so our processing team begins working as soon as your payment is received.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Shipping to mainland Spain: 5/7 business days
  • Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla: 5/7 business days
  • Shipping to Balearic Islands: 5/7 business days
  • Shipping to Canary Islands: 5/7 business days
  • Shipping to the rest of Europe: 6 to 9 days depending on the destination
  • Shipping to the rest of the world: 7 to 12 days depending on the destination

Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provided on your form, so it is essential to enter accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

If you choose PayPal as a payment method, once the order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address will be allowed.

When your order is delivered, you should check that everything is correct. If there is any discrepancy or issue, please contact Doctor Fake via our email, providing your personal details and order number. We will address the issue promptly.
